The heart of soul of what I offer is adventure. It is what has made me tick over the years and made me discover what I can personally achieve. I have had many adventures looking back, some easy, some physically hard and some mentally hard. The rewards from what an adventure can offer are at times hard to put into words and hard to fully appreciate until later.
One that stands out for me was battling on during an ascent of El Capitan in Yosemite Valley in a heat wave, which was relentless. Getting low on water, being zapped by the sun from morning to noon and running low on food, energy and moral, it had its moments. I can still remember hanging on the rope, in darkness, fully drained, head slumped against the wall, thinking to myself why am I here. Times like this, you have to focus, get your mental state back on track and decide if you are going to carry on. You will be amazed at what your mind and body can achieve and the rewards afterwards or often so lifting and long lasting.
Fear not, I am not saying my adventures will leave you in the position I found myself in that time in Yosemite, but they may challenge you, push you a little physically and mentally. If not, then next time I can ramp up the adventure if you wish, the choice is all yours. However, I am not forgetting the enjoyment and fun as an adventure can be just that.
Adventures come in many versions and through a wide range of activities. The main ones I offer are linked to rock climbing, caving, sit on top kayaking and the mountains. My experience, thrill seeker and guiding / bespoke days all give a good quality, exciting adventure which can be tailored upon request.
If you have anything specific you would like, have seen, read about, watched on social media, then drop me an email. What adventure is waiting for you?
